Cancel OurDream AI: Confirm Renewal Stops and Keep the End Date
Follow the published OurDream cancellation route, distinguish cancellation from a refund or deletion, and preserve a receipt showing the remaining access period.
OurDream’s help page directs cancellation through the profile page and says access continues until the current billing period ends. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Save the confirmation and end date, then check the resulting billing state rather than treating closing a browser tab as completion.
Canceling OurDream renewal is a billing action with a result to verify. The official cancellation guide points to the profile page, its cancellation control and confirmation. It says existing access lasts until the current billing period ends.
This guide describes the published route. We have not canceled a paid account or verified a private billing screen.
Decide which outcome you need
Stopping the next renewal, requesting repayment and deleting an account are different requests. If your goal is to stop a future subscription charge, do not assume account deletion is a necessary first step.
Write down the product and account you intend to change. A receipt in one email account and an active session under another address can create a misleading mismatch. Keep receipt identifiers private when checking the account context.
Follow the official profile route
Open the provider independently, sign in to the relevant account and use the cancellation route described in its help page. Complete any confirmation actually presented. A click that opens a confirmation screen is not the same observation as a completed cancellation.
If the published control is absent, preserve the displayed plan state and ask official support about that account. Do not subscribe again to make a management button appear.
Keep a small completion record
| Item | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Plan or receipt reference | Identifies the subscription concerned |
| Date and time of the completed action | Establishes the event sequence |
| Resulting renewal state | Shows whether another renewal is expected |
| Current access end date | Separates remaining access from renewal |
| Confirmation or case reference | Gives support a specific record to investigate |
For an illustrative case, access continuing for several days after a confirmed cancellation is not, by itself, evidence that renewal remains active. The access end date and billing state answer different questions.
A refund needs its own decision
The cancellation page says refunds are not automatic. The refund guide describes a separate request process. Do not label a cancellation confirmation as approval of repayment.
If a later charge appears, compare its charge date, product, status and subscription reference with the cancellation evidence. A pending bank entry, a previously incurred charge and a newly completed renewal should not be described as the same event without checking.
Send a concise discrepancy to official support through the provider’s help route. Include the relevant references and dates, never a password or authentication code. The goal is a confirmed billing state for the intended subscription, followed by a separate explanation of any charge that does not match it.
Sources and verification
This guide distinguishes published documentation from examples and observations. Feature access, policies and account screens can change; the linked source governs its own terms.
